RENTAL RATES

All rental rates quoted are for a 24-hour rental period. Special long-term rates are available upon request. Please make selections carefully as charges are applicable for unused items regardless of exchanges. All rentals are tax-free. Prices are subjuect to change without notice.

CANCELATION POLICY

-Orders canceled prior to 72 hours may be subject to cancellation charge
-Orders canceled within 72 hours of delivery date are subject to 50% cancellation charge
-Orders canceled the day of or at time of delivery are subject to 100% cancellation charge

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Responsibility for equipment remains the lessor from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use and protected from weather.

Damage waiver is available at 10% of total rentals and covers reasonable, accidental damage to the equipment. It is optional and is non-refundable. If the damage waiver is declined, and any rental items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the full value charges for the damaged items.

SET UP-TAKE DOWN

Prices include setup and breakdown on party-site.
Delivery fee is $75 to $125 depending on location.
